Privacy — Australian Privacy Act (APPs)
Glowlucky handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect the minimum data required to provide car hire services, payments, and identity verification.
- Types of data: name, contact, licence details, payment information and limited location/vehicle telemetry where applicable.
- Purpose: booking management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and vehicle recovery.
- Sharing: third-party processors for payments and insurance partners under contractual safeguards.

Data breach handling
